Position: Event Promotions Assistant
About the Role: As an Event Promotions Assistant at Ideaboxpro, you will play a vital role in coordinating and executing promotional activities for various events. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients' events while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional strategies for events.
- Coordinate promotional materials, including signage, flyers, and giveaways.
- Engage with event attendees and promote client offerings effectively.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling promotional booths and displays.
- Collect and analyze feedback from event attendees to improve future promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative promotional ideas.
- Provide administrative support to the event promotions team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in event planning or promotions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
